[en] This thesis offers an innovative solution to organisations that, just like 3B-Fibreglass, are willing to find a way of evaluating and developing their level of culture of quality.
The first part of this thesis is devoted to the description of the project carried out at 3B-Fibreglass factory located in Battice. It encompasses the creation of a tool adapted to the needs of the company, the application of this tool on a department of the factory, the communication of the results of the analysis to the board of directors of the factory, and finally, the implementation of an initiative of improvement of the culture of quality in the department in question.
The second part of this thesis is dedicated to the criticism of the tool designed to respond to the needs of 3B-Fibreglass. In this second part, the main strengths and weaknesses of the tool are highlighted and discussed, the tool’s capacity to help a company achieving a decent culture of quality is addressed and, eventually, some shortcomings and opportunities of improvement are analysed.
