Résumé
[en] This work investigates a real biomass plant for cogenerative applications in a public building. First of all, the dry cooler, the biomass boiler, the heat exchangers, the natural gas boilers, the pumps, the pipes, the ORC and the building are implemented individually. The results of each model are compared with the product data to validate the models. Once the modeling of the whole power plant is done, two different aspects are studied to improve its energy efficiency and its profitability. On the one hand, different control logics are tested. On the other hand, different levels of temperature are investigated. After having determined the optimal control strategy and the optimal working temperature, an economical study is finally made to determine in which situations the power plant has economical benefits. All the results are analyzed in detail and some suggestions are given at the end to have a profitable and energy efficient power plant
