Abstract
[en] This master thesis investigates the beginning of the production of a new kind of helicopter. This latter is implemented with a new and innovative technology in total rupture with traditional helicopters: the usual mechanical transmission is replaced by a pneumatic transmission. This should provide many advantages. The research and development phase is almost over and it is now time to organize the production. Two products should be commercialized: a fully assembled helicopter and a home-built kit helicopter. After discussing different methods of project planning, it has been identified that PERT method in combination with GANTT method is a relevant way to plan production of such products. The software MS Project has been selected to organize the production. A planning for each product is proposed and the critical path of the project is discussed. It appears that home-built kits are quite interesting in terms of time use because many tasks can be carried out simultaneously.
