II. Opportunity

Manager tend to improve productivity of their society only via external ways, such as time organization, space organization, etc. But they often forget to consider the human part of the productivity, or at least they don’t do it optimally. The challenge here is to provide manager new way to understand well their employees and understand the way they feel to improve their productivity. This study also brings opportunities to other manager, from other society, to use this method to increase productivity in their own company. Indeed, this study could be, and should be done in many different workspace and for many different managers.

III. Financial and societal impact
It could reduce cost due to wrong or non-effective hiring. Moreover, it could allow manager to focus on employees who really need strong supervision and it may reduce waste of time and waste of money. Moreover, motivation and wellbeing should increase for employees.
