Abstract
[en] The objective of this project is to provide the necessary understanding about the matching between the knowledge access and learning needs on one side, and the will of sharing or exchanging the professional expertise on the other side.
The idea consists of building a digital platform, namely “R&K”, as a sharing and collaborative pool for professional interactions.
This project presents a focus on literature reviews regarding the collaborative platforms. It sheds the light on different definitions and on practical methods of building and analyzing digital sharing platforms. Furthermore, it conducts several practical approaches to get the necessary data and resources contributing to the realization of the platform’s strategy.
This work provides a business plan for the potential platform, starting with an action plan regrouping the different tasks to be achieved. It also presents the necessary benchmark of the different existing exchange platforms to know better the market opportunity and to define the best market stance of the platform “R&K”.
The project regroups both quantitative and qualitative studies combined with interviews with professionals to get a closer look on different aspects regarding the subject. These practices led to simulate a client web experience, by creating a virtual prototype that helps to present clearly the different functionalities and particularities of the platform.
In addition, this work shows how this type of exchange platforms contributes to the ethical and sustainable development.
Finally, this work concludes the overall practices by showing their results and the respective interpretations leading to future researches.
