Abstract
[en] Safran Aero Boosters has been growing for years in its field of competence: the design and manufacturing of boosters, sumps and lubrication units for aircraft engines. From subcontractor to engine partner, the company is now a world leader in its competence field.
According to the evolution of the Safran Aero Boosters Company, the time has come to develop other skills, especially in the after-sales market linked to its activities: the MRO (Maintenance, Repairs and Operating Supplies) market.
The aim of this report is to give an analysis of the MRO market in order to understand how to integrate it. Therefore, this report presents the MRO context, the logic of the aeronautical industry and partnerships, the MRO actors, the objectives to be reached by Safran Aero Boosters and a business model.
