Abstract
[en] Customers are now becoming extremely demanding and companies need to adapt their operations and business model in order to stay competitive. Many companies have thus decided to take advantage of the digital by entering a digital transformation, which is what Proximus has decided to do in 2019. This report studies which advanced technology can be implemented in Proximus' stock management processes to its shops and fits best with its needs.
