Abstract

[en] The present work consists in analysing the arabica (green) coffee value chain, following the
'Methodological Support for Analysis and Development of Inclusive and Sustainable Value
Chains' (Guidelines for VC Analysis - Methods and Tools, European Commission – DEVCO,
July 2015). The coffee is produced by the farm Fazenda Progresso, located in Mucugê
(Bahia, Brazil) and the results will be measured in terms of export F.O.B. Port of Salvador
(Bahia, Brazil).
