Abstract
[en] The aim of this document is to present the change management put in place to transform the Technical Department. The four steps within a change process are explained and detailed along the sections of the document. Inside the transformation process, a specific change process linked to the transformation of the Technical Department into a Business Unit is also developed, from the creation of Business Model Canvas to the definition of an actions plan for the implementation of the Business Unit, supported by a strategy map.
